Accra Senior High school with the slogan Ahisco celebrated their 100th years Anniversary at the premises of the school.it was an ocassion that many was awaiting for, and saturday 27th August 2022 was the specific date that was set aside by the school authorities to mark the birth of the school and to also comemorate the Founders of the school for their hard work in the past years for the school.
The ceremony happened at the forecourt of the school premises in the early hours of saturday,which had invited guest and personalities like the vice president of the republic Ghana Hon. Mamudou Bahumia,Executives of the school,some old faculties of the school,executives from the ministry of education,some SRC Leaders,Previous graduates,Parents of Pupils and student of various disciplinary were all present at the ceremony to support respectively.
The school now classified as one of the Best High schools in the Capital city and therefore decieves to be celebrated to the fullest.And the ceremony on the other hand is to serve as a Fund rising for the school to enable the continuation of the massive infrastractural work that is ongoing at the school premises.
The Vice President as usual dessiminated a speech at ceremony grounds lamenting on some of the infrastratural Projects the current administration has been able to facilitate successively via hardwork, And to also ensire that they do more to have alot of infrastracture to halve pupils of various institutions considering the sustainability of the free education policy and the free school feeding program.
Not excluding the digitalization of the country's system and the introduction of industralization to help modernize the countrys system and to create more job opportunites for the youth and graduates across various geographical locations via the 1DF development policy of the NPP.
