FACTORS THAT INFLUENCE HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT RESPECTIVELY

Human resource are the most active among all respective economic resources. Capital and Natural resources cannot develop on their own without the involvement of human activity and consistant articulate practical Theoritical planning and actualization.

However, inorder for human resources to play its symbolic and full potential roles towards economic development, it needs to undergo some transformation, for instance, unskilled labour must be transFormed in to skilled labour.

And the splendid transformation is done through education and consistent training without sacrifising quality.A Literate Population can contribute more to the economic development than an illiterate personnels.

For instance, when an illiterate farmer is unable to reas the instructions on the packet or bottle of indecticide. He may not easily adopt and adapt to modern scientific methods of farming and administering of such chemicals to avoid self poisoning.

All these may and will affect productivity. But when an educated personnel is very serious to achieve, Productivity becomes much higher.
when human resources are developed to high extent, it may and will reflect on the output of other resources by a tremendous increament. And inorder to also realize the full potential of human resources(labour), better salaries must be paid for fundamental needs to be duely achieved to avoid inefficiency.

For instance if a country want to produce iron rods would have to mine the iron ore from the bowels of the earth. The iron ore itself cannot come out from the mines. But human beings with the requisite knowledge and tremendious technology will have to extract the Iron Ore.The example emphasizes the fact that capital and natural resources will have development as a Positive influence on resource Utilization.

Researches have duely proven that a nation poor in natural resources but rich in human resources can develop. And tipical example is japan and North Korea.countries that are rich in natural resources but still wallowing in poverty(poor) Lack human resources to develop.

it has been proven deligently that all developed countries have highly skilled human resources. And tipical example is the UnitedStates, China and France, just to mention a few.

THANK YOU FOR THE SPLENDID TIME.
