Russian President want to reach a Tengible agreement on the return of Evan Gershkovich: reporter for WSJ.

Russian President Vladimir Putin said that Russia wants “to reach an agreement” on the return of WSJ reporter Evan Gershkovich, who is currently in Russian custody on an allegation of espionage that he, the Journal and the U.S. government vehemently deny.

A Russian court upheld Gershkovich’s detention on Thursday, a ruling that means he will remain in custody through January next year 2024.

Very Sad situation to the family and a bitter pile to Evan because he will not have the ample opportunity to celebrate the Holidays with the family.
