An Iranian-made drone sent by Yemen’s Houthi rebels struck Tel Aviv.
Israeli medical services said that at least one person was killed and eight others injured in a predawn strike on Tel Aviv by the Yemen's Houthis militia on Friday morning.

The Israeli military said they are professionally investigating what went wrong and why the Defense System “did not identify it, attack it and intercept it.”
"Chief spokesman Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari said the drone was detected by air defenses, but an “error” occurred and “there was no interception".
“We are investigating the entire chain,” he said. Another military official blamed “human error.” The official spoke on condition of anonymity because the investigation was ongoing".
