66TH ANNUAL GRAMMY AWARDS CEREMONY UPDATES

The 2024 Annual Grammys wrapped on Sunday night.

It’s almost unprecedented.”Comedian Trevor Noah will host for a fourth year in a row in history.


Phoebe Bridgers had the most wins, with four trophies (three with her band, boygenius). 

SZA, boygenius, Killer Mike, Victoria Monét and songs from the “Barbie” soundtrack followed, with three wins apiece. Billie Eilish, Miley Cyrus and Taylor Swift had two, but Swift also broke a record, becoming the first artist to earn four album of the year prizes.


In highlights from the ceremony, Tracy Chapman took the stage to perform her hit “Fast Car” with Luke Combs, Swift announced a new album due in April and Joni Mitchell played on the Grammys for the first time.


Phoebe Bridgers took home the most trophies from the 2024 Grammy Awards, earning four wins, including three with her band, boygenius. 

But when it comes to dominating headlines, Taylor Swift might have the edge. With her big win for 'Midnights,' Swift became the first artist to win best album of the year four times.


Meanwhile, New England native Noah Kahan was up for best new artist against rising stars like Ice Spice and Jelly Roll, however, R&B artist Victoria Monét ended up taking home the prize.

 MORE GRAMMY AWARDS 


SZA came into the Grammys with nine nominations, more than any other artist, and left with three wins. 

SZA got her second career best pop duo/group performance award for "Ghost in the Machine," along with Phoebe Bridgers, who also won best alternative music album with her band boygenius..


Jack Antonoff has won his third consecutive GRAMMY for Producer Of The Year,  However,Taylor Swift was awarded album of the year at Sunday's awards show in Los Angeles for her album Midnights, making her the only artist to ever win album of the year four times.


 Midnights, Fearless, 1989 and Folklore have all won the achievement.Billie Eilish, Miley Cyrus and Taylor Swift had two, but Swift also broke a record, becoming the first artist to earn four album of the year prizes.

The 34-year-old pop megastar overtook Stevie Wonder, Paul Simon and Frank Sinatra, who had previously tied with her on three wins apiece.
