Many fans raced to the comments to gush over True's sweet reaction to losing her tooth.
However, some used the opportunity to parent-shame Khloe and claimed the reality star probably gifted her daughter way more than the average child would get at that moment.

After another fan asked how much the Tooth Fairy left for the little one, Khloe revealed True got quite the surprise."The tooth fairy brought her a note from the tooth fairy herself covered in [insert stars emoji], a slime activity kit and 23 dollars.
"She lost three teeth so far so that's why $23," Khloe explained.
