Justin Bieber has etched his name in Spotify’s history books after his collaboration “10,000 Hours” with Dan + Shay, surging past an impressive 1 billion streams.
This remarkable achievement marks Bieber’s 15th song to reach the coveted billion-stream milestone, making him the inaugural artist to accomplish such a feat on Spotify.
Leading the pack as Bieber’s most-streamed song on the platform is the chart-topping “Stay,” a collaboration with Kid Leroy, which has amassed an astounding 2.8 billion streams.
The list of Bieber’s top 15 songs on Spotify includes hits like “Love Yourself,” with 2.2 billion streams, “Sorry” with 1.9 billion, and “Peaches” featuring Daniel Caesar & Giveon, which has garnered 1.5 billion, “I Don’t Care” with Ed Sheeran, his feature on the “Despacito Remix,” and “I’m the One” featuring Quavo, Chance the Rapper, and Lil Wayne have all surpassed one billion streams.
Bieber’s debut single, “One Time,” which interpolates Bob Marley‘s “One Love” was released in July 2009 has surpassed 250 million streams on Spotify. The song charted at No.12 on the Canadian Hot 100 and peaked No. 17 on the Billboard Hot 100.
His extended play, “My World,” followed in November 2009, making Bieber the first solo artist to have four singles chart in the top 40 of the Billboard Hot 100 before the release of a debut album.
