However,Wellness is the act of practicing healthy habits on a daily basis to attain better physical and mental health outcomes,so that instead of just surviving,you’re thriving. 

To initially understand the significance of wellness and it’s importance to how it’s linked to health.




COMPONENTS  OF HEALTH AND WELLNESS


The five components are: Physical,emotional, intellectual, social and Spiritual. To become a holistic health and wellness Coach:ensure that concept of each of these important components is well taught and attributed.


TYPES OF WELLNESS INREGARDS TO HUMANITY:


SPIRITUAL WELLNESS:- How often do you tangibly set aside time in your day for Prayer,Meditation or Personal time?It is very relevant to schedule an ample time for your self.


 EMOTIONAL WELLNESS:- Are you able to make decisions and complete activities with minimum stress or worry?.


 PYHSICAL WELNESS:- How often do you frequently participate (Minimum 3times per week) in an aerobic activity?. It is very important to schedule quality ample time for an aerobic activity to re-Vitalize your wellness energy wise.
