Ghana Wins ‘Jollof Wars’ At CANEX in Cairo, Egypt

The African Export-Import Bank launched an African Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Programme under its Creative Africa Nexus Initiative (CANEX) during the third Intra-African Trade Fair in Cairo, Egypt.

The program featured celebrity chefs from Africa notably Ghana, Nigeria, Senegal and gambia and the Caribbean participating in masterclasses, live cooking demonstrations, Exhibitions and conversations with culinary experts.

The Event was full of  excitement with masterclass Celebrity chefs exhibiting and demonstrating  more professionalism with their cooking Skills.
