His teachers reach out to a lot to tell me what a great, smart and humble kid he is in school. And why I said he is ready to take over from me is at such a young age, he has learnt that nothing is actually free in this life.
Before he comes to me to ask for a favor he makes sure he has done something that is deserving of that favour.
