The EVOQ Memorial Foundation is organizing this year’s #KICKOUTCANCER III,” scheduled at 8:30am – 10am each Saturday from the 8th – 31st October 2022 at FITRIPGYM, DZORWULU.EVOQ is a non-profit organization founded in 2017 by former Miss Malaika 2013 Queen who in 2012, lost her mother to cancer.
Thus, the foundation will forever be founded in her memory as “EVOQ” represents her mother’s initials.Upon winning the pageant, the former miss Malaika Queen, Naa Oyoe Quartey has shown undying interest in breast cancer awareness and the well-being of children. Several outreach events have taken place leading to the establishment of the foundation. Such events include breast cancer screening, breast cancer symposia at high schools and several orphanage and hospital visits.
The foundation has a simple mission to improve the health and well-being of less fortunate children through financial support and infrastructure funding.#KICKOUTCANCER is a charity event that is being held to raise awareness about Breast Cancer and raise money to support the cause of widespread breast cancer awareness as well as support breast cancer patient funding .
EVENT TOPOLOGY
1. Celebrities and fitness enthusiasts will be present at workout sessions.
2. Experienced instructors will take the class through fun sessions. There will be a 5-minute talk on breast cancer.
3. Survivors who take part in sessions will also share their stories with the class.
4. Networking and social interactions before and after the sessions.
