Dr Bawumia: NPP's 2024 flag bearer

Dr Mahamudu Bawumia is the New Patriotic Party's (NPP) flag bearer for the 2024 presidential election. The win is significant in several ways.

This is how the regions voted in the NPP Presidential Primary to hand Dr. Mahamudu Bwumia the Flagbearership in the 2024 election with 118,210 votes(61.43%) against Kennedy Agyapong's impressive 71,996 votes(37.41%).
Dr. Afriyie Akoto 1,449(0.75%) and Francis Addai Nimah 781(0.41%) respectively.
