ENHANCING "EDUCATION FOR ALL" IN AFRICA INREGARDS TO THE EASY ACCESSIBILITY TO LEARNING FACILITIES TO OPTIMIZE THE ACQUISITION OF KNOWLEDGE WITHOUT UNDERESTIMATING QUALITY.


Ensuring the efficient success of decentralisation efforts in Africa, especially West-Africa are essential factors to be initially considered.


Team "XQT - MEDIA" (AFRICA NEWS) Conducted an important research in prospective to "Education for All" in Africa,"especially West-Africa".
The team humbly and strategically compiled and highlighted several impediments to the initial access to Quality education in prospective to the respective successful Participation of their Various Endeavors.



Africa still with the actual notion to supersede the declinement of "Education for All" with the provision of various amenities,infrastructure and learning facilities to enhance Performance of acquisition of knowledge has to initially correspond to the realistic actualisation as intended to help eradicate and eliminate education under unprecedented unfavorable Conditions which is not friendly for the acquisition of knowledge,whether Vocational or other relevant courses of choice.



Sensitisation at the various deprived Communities levels has been identified as one of the most effective strategies at enhancing the quality of education for all.



Organising first quarter of the year workshops for learning and action process which will lead them to participatory and absolute interest.


However, Various Funding is important to establish educational scholarships Scheme to enable the affordance,and Opportunity costs for "Education For All" without underestimating Quality.


Community Participation and involvement in development of education is very essential in these prospect; not excluding Stakeholders and NGOs with respect to such instances.



Some of these Pessimistic Factors that affect and Hinders pupils from Quality Education are;


* Poverty


* Parental and Community attitude due to Gender-Stereotyping.


*Opportunity Costs of admitting Both male and female child to schools.


*Early Pregnancy of girl child.


* Gender insensitivity Curriculums.
Are all factors that need to be considered in order to eradicate such anomalise without underestimating Quality.
