Government of Ghana organization of the council for industrial and scientific research (C.S.I.R) are set of semi-autonomous corporation which is an umbrella organization of thirteen different research institutions.
its main aims and Objectives are to organize and co-ordinate scientific and technology research for economic and socio-Economic development.
The council is also concerned with organizing scientific research into a number of problem ranging from agriculture to industry. it is also authorized to make its findings available for use by technologist and industrialists.
