ENSURING THE PROTECTION OF FUNDAMENTAL HUMAN RIGHTS ADMIST THE RESOLVEMENT OF THE CURRENT COMMUNISM AND ELIMINATING THE PANDEMIC

Fundamental Human rights and its protection is very essential and important, so long as the constitution and the rule of law is concern.Public education should be organised or conducted to educate them about their rights.However, the rights must be clearly stated in the condition and entrenched.

Indigens ans citizens should fight for and defend their rights through the formation of associations.Therefore, there should be an independent judiciary that is;

1. Judical council should be given the freedom to appoint judges based on merit.

2.The Executives of the bar should not interfere with the work of the judiciary.And there should be freedom of the mass media and Law enforcement agencies should be trained and well equiped to handle issues related to human rights abuses to enact and review laws.

Human Rights is very essential to be adhere to and also to ensures Peace and Stability for a better Nation Building.
