However, inorder for human resources to play its symbolic and full potential roles towards economic development, it needs to undergo some transformation, for instance, unskilled labour must be transformed in to skilled labour.
And the splendid transformation is done through education and efficient training without sacrifising quality.A Literate Population can contribute more to the Socio-Economic development and Change than an illiterate personnels.
