Ghana ,including some ECOWAS countries are experiencing such challengies due to the depreciation in value of their respective currencies as compared to the dollar and pounds sterling at the international trade market and the lack of Potency to manage and to unprecedentedly negotiate with due respect, for the natural resources of these affected countries to favorable well resourced and advanced countries without any reasonable doubt.
For the past Decades Road crashes has really caused alot of pain and brokenheart to motorist and families. Millions of passengers and motorist have been vitimized by over speeding, lack of focus, tiredness,dis-regarding road signs and driving under very sloppy conditions.
Government of Ghana organization of the council for industrial and scientific research (C.S.I.R) are set of semi-autonomous corporation which is an umbrella organization of thirteen different research institutions. its main aims and Objectives are to organize and co-ordinate scientific and technology research for economic and socio-Economic development.
The Food research institute and food drugs board Authority and other relevant research labs with similar activities are the specific scientific research centers mandated to conduct such scientific experimentation and research in to food processing,food preservation,food and product branding,storage marketing distribution and the use of staple,non staple and animals foods.
Effective Utilization of resources generally leads to increased production of goods and services.Production of goods and services in Africa is quiet low as compared to a countries like SouthAfrica,United Kingdom, China,South Korea, Japan and USA.The reason is that some of the countries doesn't effectively utilize its natural resources judicially for the indigens and citizens of the country to experience that kind of articulate transfomation they ought to, inorder to strengthen the socio-economic Advancement and Participation respectively.
The Concept of rule of Law implies that it is the law that rules and nothing else.That is governance of the state based on law and not the wishes and feelings of any individual. This is includes the need for the provision of socio-economic amenities such as schools,employment, hospitals , just to mention a few as the basis for ensuring the realisation of the welfare of the citizenry. The rule of law is based on the principles: 1.That the law is supreme. 2.There Certainty of the law, equality before the law and the principle of liberty of the individual Rule of law is very relevant and essential to splendid National Developement and articulate Governance to ensure peace and economic stability in most african countries, if it is been implemented and enforced well.
